Add an "external storage" feature for connecting chests to dimensional storage #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to use Occultism as my primary storage solution but the lack of an "external storage" / storage bus feature is a significant obstacle.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to attach a Stable Wormhole (or something) to a chest and have that chest's contents be accessible from my dimensional storage.

Another possible implementation would be an Otherstone Chest (or something) with a built in wormhole that can be bound to an actuator directly. This might be easier to implement from a development perspective.

Additional context The general idea is to be able to use external storage chests as "buffers" so that automated processing can occur when an item is over/under a specific quantity. I've not been able to find a good option for this that maintains visibility of the item within the Dimensional Storage system.

@Crioca this is currently not planned. The system was never really set up to scan external storage as there are storage mods that focus on such. That said, I see the benefit in your suggestion. I will icebox it, if I find myself with some extra time I will look into it!

Hopefully if this feature does ever get added, the wormhole would also be compatible with storage drawers, create caches, and so on.

Plus one from me for this feature.

If there was an external storage bus then my Minecolonies colonists could still have access to my stores and I would have wireless crafting (and I wouldn't have to use AE2 for the hundredth time, like everyone else)

I know this has been on the backburner, but my friends also are getting tired of having to spec into tech mods. in fact, I made a friend of mine very jealous because he saw how compact the storage matrix is (and also its cool animation). we've been playing All The Mods 9 and I was looking to link the Sophisticated storage controller to the matrix so I could keep track of chicken eggs, feathers, beef, etc. (boring I know). Truth be told, I was also hoping to use it as a round about way of remotely checking my miner's durability.
