my pronterface doesnt want to open im about to go insane #1422

it says failed to execute script 'pronterface' due to unhandled exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute to 'write'

You need to tell us your OS and Pronterface version. A screen shot and log file is also helpful.

Yeah, a full error trace and reproduction steps would be handy.
