Choose where to store saved pictures #72

Right now, images are saved to the /Talon/ directory. I would like to be able to select this, as with Pulse.

This is no longer going to happen. With the advent of scoped storage in Android 10, this will not be possible for the future, so it isn't something that I am going to attempt to include.
