Updated the formatting of the html file.

Ids of containers also changed for consistency:

recipes -> recipe-list
shoppingList -> shopping-list
slick -> carousel
Buttons also have ids now, submit.

Other

Slick file was updated, but will be deleted soon after this commit.
Other scripts/urls related to slick were removed from html file
