Remove filenames table + spider speedup #43

Remove filenames table. I hope this will improve search query time. Testing
on our production system is needed so I've created a review request instead
of committing it right away.

Also, I've detected a huge speedup in spider due to removal of nasty update
query. But I haven't had full index set present so this is needed to be
verified too.
