Get client working with vlc phonon backend #27

In order to provide a more consistent playback profile, we should work on using the vlc phonon backend for playback on the mac and windows clients. This should allow us to have less playback issues, especially on the windows client.

I'm upgrading this to critical. Windows playback is so crippled at the moment we absolutely need to get this working.

Got everything working. But there's no volume to the playback. I don't know why. I have to look into this.
