Adding a macro that is used to check whether SSH is running on a non-standard port. Macros: {$SVC_SSH_PORT}

Thx for the PR. Because this patch changes key definition I must test it on occasion how whole template may behave when it will be updated from current 1.0.4. It may take a bit time if it will be apply first some changes over API to have correct state after import template with such change. I'm reorganising now few things on my computers so I'll be ready to test i in day or two.
