Unexpected behaviour when cancelling a manually started irrigation #18

If you start an irrigation process manually and abort it manually, you cannot restart it immediately. A new manual start is only possible when the entire - originally planned - runtime has expired (hence blocker for 0.2 to 60 minutes). This behavior is not fundamentally critical, but - since unexpected - leads to irritation and unneccessary error analysis.
