Time Calculation error? #49

Only the first Time is used for calculation. Also in Watering Time Overview...

Just checked mine, and is definitely working ok for me.

Have you updated to using the latest version from here?

I have updated and it not calculating at all. 4 zone 10 min each

Also if i use the option adjust for temperature the watering will only do a minute regardless if it set to 10 mins

Are you adjusting using the slider, or by clicking the zone number, and typing in?

Either way make no difference to time calculation.

I've had the same error since the beginning too. I've never been able to resolve it.

Mine works correctly now, the reason I had a time calculation error before is because I added more zones and added a duration to those zones and then when i removed those zones time calculation was still taking then into account.

e.g I have 4 zones, added a 5th zone put a duration and then later went back to 4 zones. You need to remove any duration on a zones before reducing the amount of zones in you system.

If you set your zones with eveyday checkbox does the calculation work

Have you tried pulling the files from the repo again and overwritting what you currently have. When is the last time you installed or update HA-Irrigation-Version2 in this way?

I just tried it today, funnily enough! I deleted the lovelace and package directory, pulled down the latest version, then unzipped and moved those folders to their respective positions and restarted HA. Same fault.... it's very strange.

hmm if I can think of anything else I'll let you know. I can see i posted earlier a picture that looks like yours but don't remember what i did to make it work.

Just for curiosity's sake, do you have any errors in your log that related to group.set service? This also has something to do with MGIv2 but Kloggy doesnt seem to have the same issue, even though we have similar HA versions.

If you don't, do you have anything in your groups.yaml file? Mine is empty. I'm just wondering if we have to populate it with something in order for the service to start. No idea man, I'm willing to try anything at this stage.

I dont have group.set error's and my groups.yaml is empty.

can you make an automation with the action group.set is it available as and option?

That's the weird thing, no I can't. So, I'm not sure if this is related or we are just going off topic...no idea, but it can't be right either way.

I'm just wondering if something didn't carry from older versions of HA. I'm still relatively new, installed maybe a year ago. How long have you been running yours?
