We should slightly restructure the toolbar on the browse page.

The [] Maps [] Text [] Images should be located on the bottom left, under the timeline with a prefix "Type:"
There should be "Sort by:" prefix before Popularity | Title | Author | etc.
The Category with closing [X] should be just under the search box - as described in #7

To be prototyped and reviewed before releasing.
