We shall from the maintenance:

Shut down the Ingestion worker (ingestion may fail now) to reduce ongoing cost of the platform
Upgrade to the latest IIIFServer with relevant activation key (it has now expired JPEG2000 license)
Deactivate autoscaling (only one machine in the group is OK)
Upgrade and deploy the new AMI template

@o1da Any action is postponed to the definitive decision deadline on Friday 2016-09-09 at 10am.

The decision has been made. The system must shut down as there is no budget for the ongoing costs of the production run of this service.

@o1da please deactivate all the services on Amazon on Monday and close this ticket.

Everything is down. Should I also delete all snapshots and AMIs (it costs a few cents if it wouldn't be deleted)? And what about S3 bucket?
