Modification of the existing raster tile sources

Verify that all of the ol.source.TileImage subclasses behave properly both with and without the reprojection process activated.

• Fix all the errors (possibly related to modified behavior of getTileGridForProjection and other methods)
• Ensure that the error threshold parameter is accepted by all the subclasses and passed to the ol.source.TileImage
