Halo appears but text doesn't, shield-text-dy is moving the shield #25

I'm experiencing two issues. I've attached photos of both.

1) When zooming out, some text halos are displayed without the text that they should be surrounding. HaloWithoutText

2) shield-text-dy is supposed to move the text inside of the shield but it's moving the shield.
