Add echo command with tutorial information #5

Added reference to the getting started tutorial in the container output.
The spacing at the beginning is needed because otherwise Kitematic cuts off the beginning. Have a look at the screenshot below. Now it does not look perfect on command line, but in Kitematic.

I suggest the change to urls of the main getting start tutorial... /docs/start/ ?

To avoid the missing few characters - maybe add line with echo "-------------------------------" in the beginning?

Currently we have just two tutorials in Getting Started. Do you think the link is too long, or why do you want to add the /start/ directory?

The link is too long to type (and tweet). No extra directory - just change in URL of the single article.

Oh now I get what you mean, I will change the link to 'http://osm2vectortiles.org/docs/start/'
