[BUG] kloudlite agent is dispatching logs for nginx, and other also #79

Describe the bug kloudlite agent is also dispatching logs for deployments, like nginx, which chokes our entire log pipeline on high load. It will be better if we stick to dispatching logs for kloudlite resources only.

we have exclude kloudlite namespace from dispatching logs via vector.
