MP/MLA Aggregation #87

@iambibhas do you know if you ran the queries for aggregation? We should be able to search MP and MLA boundaries as well. If you don't know which schools belong to which MP/MLA boundary, I can help you with that.

This will also be one of the presets right ?

Because some assemblies/parliaments have a LOT of schools under them, it takes some time to load the markers. We need a loading image or something. Will create an issue.
