You mean it's not clear what 30 is?

Oh! I thought it's a dise code, like 1,2,3... I now realise it's at a cluster level and that's the number of schools that "have electricity" ... Can that heading be clearer?

Hmm. Thoughts @prtksxna? I think it's alright. Was quite straightforward to me and some folks I showed the app to.
