"Loading..." image #95

We need a "loading..." image that we can show while the AJAX calls are being made and markers being drawn on map.

@prtksxna for the map. Just for the time when some data is being loaded via AJAX. We need some indicator to tell the users that the data is on it's way. @geohacker suggested https://github.com/makinacorpus/Leaflet.Spin but map.spin(true) doesn't seem to be working. If you have anything in mind, let me know.
