Clicking RESTART and STOP buttons in top right hand corner of panel fails

If we go to the DNSMASQ module and go to SERVICE CONTROL, stop, start, restart works fine.

However if you try clicking the RESTART or STOP buttons in the top right hand corner of the panel it fails with error
