Irc-commands aren't working on Irc's privatemessage window #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open private-message conversation on IRC
2. Try example change your nick, or join to channel
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My nick will change and another person won't get my command. Instead my
nick won't change and another person will get my command msg. Example:
[01:12:31] <TTBCharlie181> /nick WaltsuTTB
What version and/or svn revision of TibiaTek Bot are you using?
Svn 280
What operating system are you using?
Win XP
Do you have .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5 installed?
3.5
Is the problem experienced on official servers or OT servers?
On official server
