Find a way to bind Web UI to all interfaces #208

Currently the Web UI only binds to the main interface in host networking mode. Would be nice if this worked for all interfaces so we could view the dashboard over tailscale, for example.

I think we fiddled with this a couple of years ago and ran into a conflict - The conversation is buried in a closed issue somewhere.
