Rust nightly #11

This library does not work correctly with the latest nightlies. It also does not use cargo for compilation. This works on my machine as of nightly 1/4/2015. Some work may be necessary to get the rc and ico into the build.

Oops, for some reason I haven't noticed this. Sorry! Now #12 updated to (near-)latest Rust and #15 adds Cargo support, I'm closing this.
