[BUG] No vehicles on most bus lines -- vehicles return to depot instead after station is bulldozed/replaced #290

Describe the bug All but two routes' busses mysteriously started to return to the bus depot after I bulldozed and replaced a Modular Bus Station that had intercity bus routes automatically assigned to it.

To Reproduce This happens when the attached save is loaded up, then the Grand Plateau TC Modular Bus Station is bulldozed and replaced.

Note that this save was created with TM:PE, Custom Zone Mixer, 81 Tiles Revisited, Advanced Stop Selection Revisited, Extra Train Station Tracks, First Person Camera, Metro Overhaul Mod, Railway Replacer, Network Anarchy, and Roundabout Builder loaded in addition to Transport Lines Manager.

Update: I turned off all mods save for 81 Tiles Revisited, Custom Zone Mixer, Extra Train Station Tracks, Metro Overhaul Mod, Railway Replacer, and Transport Lines Manager and bulldozing and rebuilding the station works, but when I load Network Anarchy again, everything breaks -- it seems this is an incompatibility with Network Anarchy, and a rather severe one, because simply loading Network Anarchy causes the replaced station to break the game as described above.
