I'm experiencing two problems, possibly related, I've not seen documented here.
One is in stop naming. Within the last 10-14 days, I've had problems with stop names. Two different bus hubs I've plopped (one from Sunset Harbor, one from Steam) have shown up as stops named "Trade School Laboratories". By coincidence, the first one I plopped near a trade school, but I can't find a building of that name. The second one is nearly 7km away. I cannot find a way to change that name, which does not match either the initial bus station name nor any changed one. All routes that stop there show "Trade School Laboratories", and while I can change other stops' names (tried both street addresses and one named after a nearby parking garage), I cannot change this one, even after making another stop the "terminal stop". So: -Where is it picking up that name? -Why doesn't it auto-change after I change the building name? -Why is this the only stop on the line with this problem? -Why now, with recent lines, not earlier-created lines?
In fact, lines through an older bus terminal pick up the name of this newer one, "sub-station" (which is immediately adjacent), change when I change the adjacent station's name, and I can edit it in the lines' stops. But the line going to the newer terminal still shows "Trade...", doesn't auto-track building name changes, and can't be changed manually.
The other problem has emerged since 10/17 at the earliest. Adding lines to the newest station, I cannot edit the line name, which is of the form: "[T35] Trade School Laboratories - <Somewhere>". The numbers change, but all new lines have this name, and it can't be changed until I go into Settings/Automation and deselect "Auto name on line creation enabled". Oddly, if I toggle this button off/on, then I can change names of any existing lines, but newly-created ones can't be edited (until I toggle again).
I hope I've described this adequately, and it's not just my relative newness to TLM causing me to misunderstand something. (Switched to TLM after the 1.15 debacle. There is much to like about it compared to my previous favorite.)
Thanks for your efforts on this and other contributions to the C:S community.
Edit: I've just noticed I can no longer change the Line Prefix on newer lines. Older lines, I can change the "T" to an "N" and it sticks and is visible in the line's icon. New lines, change to "N" causes the Line Number to turn red and the change doesn't stick. (Again, I hope this isn't a RTFM question, but it did once work as expected for me...)
