Edited the writeup in several places #127

There's a conflict with debruijn.pdf that I can't seem to resolve on my end.

Have merged the pull. It seems the pdf did not have some of the recent graphics generated by Rudolph for the zerofree.tex chapter, which was causing the problem (the latex content includes them though), hence the pdf had to be recompiled.
