recommended tvai setting for the last step #169

When using tvai as the last step in vanilla, it always distorted the video. But I believe there must be some reason you include it. Can you suggesting some tvai setting I can try at the last step that actually would lead to improvement. Thanks.

No issues were found with veai and tvai causing image deformation. It should be caused by first and second models with bad support for that type of mosaic.
