After processing with VEAI model, can the output image format be set to .jpg format?

When the final output format is .PNG image, the encoding speed is very slow.

When using the SE-4X-S2 model, because the final output format is .JPG images, the encoding speed is normal.

veai 2.3 can outputs jpg, but will reduce the quality of videos.

How to set veai outputs jpg in the TG-PLUS ？I think only the veai 2.3 can be used by veai model NOW.

veai 3.0 has cli support over ffmpeg can you please add it thx.
