Hide password fields in BAP script #396

Text of password fields for 1) Home wifi, 2) Hotspot, and 3) Winlink protected using ":H" attribute.

be cool to turn it on if needed - as setup and critical issues are typically minor typos I do enjoy having emergency coms clear

This was mostly done in 3.3.1. Couldn't use this PR as it was against the master branch instead of the dev branch. Gave credit to Nullvibes in the changelog. I decided not to implement hiding the password for the hotspot. As of now, BAP only asks for it once so there is no second verification in case of typos.
