Flrig compile error break-fix #443

tested in raspberry desktop on vm but this appears to be a few items a package renamed and I also took examples and notes from the following updated documents

I removed the existing logic and placed the depends in a way I found worked for the other issue mentioned in discussions linked here

Are you doing all of your testing on Pi desktop or on an actual Raspberry Pi? If it's a Pi, which model?

I was likely a little trigger early on this one, there is the difference on the documentation and the scrips for the depend packages but there appears to be no issue building on pi3 or pi4 - will close this out after some more testing on ARM

the original script is intended for pi, there is no issues on ARM hardware so closing this for the time
