PI3 working except time not broadcasting

Got this working on a PI3 only issue is the time will not play in the wav file.

I would love to see your code for how you did this. I'm thinking of trying to get this to work with a pi 3b, 4, or zero and am wondering what kind of work it would take.

Check out the .iso I created and you are welcome to use. I am not a programmer, but made this work on Pi3 and have pictures also available of my fox box.
