Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Need to upgrade to .NET 6.0 since 3.1 will no longer be supported after 2022-12-13.

Describe the solution you'd like The next major version of Plex DVR Waker should support .NET 6.0

v3.0.0 now supports .NET 6.0
