[architecture] Establish flow charts for storage architecture #4

Create flow charts documenting flow of data through application with both wpapi and Airtable.

Activity should have numbers that go to Airtable and public stuff that goes to Wordpress. Anything that should be displayed publicly should go to Wordpress, but activity reporting, reimbursement requests, etc. should go to Airtable.

Activity should have both public component and private (e.g., reach and email only stored in Airtable, not in WordPress).

Slack ID is used as UID for users across all data sources. This field should be present in every data source (all Airtable tables, WordPress custom post types and ACF field groups, etc.)
