Will OSVOS-S be implemented in PyTorch? #3

Waiting code for OSVOS-S to be published. It would be great if there will be a PyTorch version for OSVOS-S.

Hello. Our current implementation is in Caffe. If there is time, we will try to port it to PyTorch.
