added net46 as one of target frameworks #29

Hi, I wanted to use your nuget package with .net framework, so I followed this guide: https://medium.com/@SicknoteSteve/nuget-targeting-both-net-standard-and-the-net-framework-326a16266ca4 and modified your project files a little bit to include net46 target. I tested nuget package which was published with net46 profile and everything works as it should. I can test your package after you publish it on .net framework project.

Well gee - you saved the day. I was going to spend the weekend putzing through this without a windows machine to validate on. Very much approved and appreciated.
