Blender 3.4.1 Installation problems #4

On which version of Blender was the installation procedure tested? Blender 3.4.1 cannot automatically resolve dependency problems. As long as it was simple lack of numpy or similar staff, I was able to tweak, but after version mismatch problems (module not found: vtkmodules.VtkCommonCore) I bailed out.
