Setting up hardware to measure current that uses ~300mA | using a FeatherS2 with current measuring Qwiic sensor #15

We can create a branch here that focuses on hooking up a power supply, knowing which batteries we are going to be using, how much current we'll be using, the resistors and connections needed and finally where to place the batteries to reflect on the conditions we expect from being left in Iceland.

[ ] Identify the Current sensor we should use
[ ] Identify the battery to be used for this system
[ ] Set up the circuit with to work with ~12Ohms
[ ] Write a function to read incoming current measurement
[ ] Write a function to measure & log incoming VBat data
