Putting Everything Together - Simplied GPS Operation Flowchart

I drew a diagram on my tablet to summarise the procedures/stages and communication involved with both boards. I've also thoroughly reviewed the Flowchart and think I can have the entire operation integrated today. Here's the list of tasks that will be implemented:

• [x] Survey-In SVIN() Function - After starting up on a warm start, begin surveying-in
• [x] Stop_SVIN() Function - Stop Surveying-in once 60s have passed or 2.5m accuracy has been achieved.
• [x] SaveConfig() Function - Any changes in our configurations will need to be saved first before we can see changes in our results.
• [ ] Verify that incoming GNZDA messages are processed correctly to grab the incoming date and time.
• [ ] Check the fix type: 3D/DGNSS/FIXED is achieved
  • [ ] Send Info back to base.

Bug Fixes:

• [ ] Ensure the timing of incoming messages is properly synchronised
• [x] Ensure the length of any incoming GNGGA messages are the correct length
• [x] Ensure the length of any incoming GNZDA messages are the correct length

Verifying that incoming GNZDA messages might be working now, though it's hard to tell without testing outside. For now, the operation technically works, and a recent git commit had some additional changes included to support using RTC. Verification will be made outside to ensure that the code written actually works.
