Geostats needs updated default template parameters #12

Need to have a sill and range value for both easting and northing

Agree and +1. With the default config parameters, I also got the following error, possibly related:

File "/Users/kmaterna/opt/miniconda3/envs/Strain_2D/lib/python3.9/site-packages/Strain_2D-1.0.0-py3.9.egg/strain/models/strain_geostats.py", line 46, in init rang = np.float64(params.method_specific['range_east']), ValueError: could not convert string to float: '29/111'
