Anaconda - FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified #24

I recently downloaded the repository and after following the instructions to install, I immediately started the example you posted on readme. From the 5 steps, after I finished step 1, when I entered the second step, the error on the title popped up.

I reinstalled and verify that I didn't do anything except the install and try to reproduce the figure.

Hi. Thank you for using our code, and sorry for the delay. I am not reproducing this error when I clone the repo and try steps one and two. Do you know which file it cannot find? Did you create a conda environment for the code? I'm not familiar with using this on Windows so I can't say for sure what it's doing. A more detailed error message printout would help.
