Saving instrument preset don't add .rec extension #1353

1. Steps to reproduce the problem.

Step 1: Start Radium.
Step 2: Chose a plugin like ZynAddSubFX
Step 3: Go to Instrument tab
Step 4: Click Save
Step 5: Type "test"
Step 6: The preset is saved without extension "test", should be "test.rec"

2. Which version of Radium are you using? Do you know if an earlier version has worked?

Radium official build 6.9.96

3. If relevant, which operating system did you run Radium on?

Linux Mint 20.2
