[Feature] Add Dulicate menu entry to Blocklist popup menu #1372

Hi,

Currently when I want duplicate block I need go to sequencer, add block to sectrack and then right click on block and choose "Duplicate secblock and block". It would be much faster if I could duplicate a block directly in Blocklist. So please add "Duplicate" entry to that menu:
