Failing to load VST3 plugins on windows #1396

Maybe JUCE 7.0.4 will fix that?

I've looked at VST3-plugins on Windows again (I always test before releasing a new version after upgrading JUCE), and they do seem to work, still. There was one old u-he VST3 plugin that didn't work, but updating to latest version should fix that. Anyway, if this is a real bug, it's probably in JUCE and not in Radium, so it should be reported there.

In lack of better information from the person reporting, I close the issue, assuming there is nothing wrong.
