Velocity and Tremolo Speed.... #782

to make them more useful in general these should either

a) reset on every new note or
b) be able to lock in some musical division to project tempo.

(Freerunning in Hz is just not very useful in 90% of all cases)

I thought it did actually. I spent some time listening what would be the best start phase. But when the start phase only has that value the first time, it doesn't matter much. So yes, this should probably be changed. If no notes are playing, and a new note starts playing, the vibrato/tremolo phase should reset.

Do you have a suggestion for a plugin that has good controls of vibrato speed based on project tempo I can look at?
