Need To Update alphabet_db file #20

Betas: TRBV8*01 is not yet in TCRdist, but is http://www.imgt.org/IMGTrepertoire/index.php?section=LocusGenes&repertoire=genetable&species=human&group=TRBV\

Alphas: TRAV1501, TRAV2801 - are in IMGT so we need to update our table http://www.imgt.org/IMGTrepertoire/index.php?section=LocusGenes&repertoire=genetable&species=human&group=TRAV
