tr.pw_beta vs tr.pw_cdr3_b_aa #74

Hi,

I'm trying to understand the differences between the pw_ and the pwcdr3 distance matrices. Do the the pw matrices contain larger values because they incororate the cdr regions assumed from the v_genes into the distance whereas the pw_cdr3 matrices compute distance based solely on the cdr3 region?
