Add rhesus functionality #97

Add ability to choose organism 'rhesus' when loading a TCRrep instance.

  1. change organism validation
  2. add latest conga/tcrdist/combo file (https://github.com/phbradley/conga/blob/master/conga/tcrdist/db/combo_xcr_2023-12-30.tsv)
  3. Write a test with some test rhesus data
