Installation of DensParcorr #33

We will need DensParcorr installed on all our clusters. The immediate users for this tool are myself, Anna, and Stella for prelim data for grants, papers and dissertation work. The download link is here: http://web1.sph.emory.edu/users/yguo2/software.html

it is installed on lens, ralph and pano. The qballs require an update to the base R package, which I am completing now. This is a bit dangerous because R packages are very sensitive to version controls. I have upgraded the libraries that are required for the configuration. The make process is completing now. The qballs were installed with an earlier version of the operating system, so this is why they require such careful handling.

The R build was successful on qball3. I am installing densparcorr now
