Needs Icons for Mass and Add/Remove Physics #430

New controls on the Actions Bar:

  1. A button-dial that changes the selected Part's mass
  2. A button that adds or removes the selected Part to/from physics

I think we won't need a separate icon for add/remove physics. Keeping with the consistency of the other dials, clicking the dial is a toggle. We can click the mass icon to toggle add/remove physics.
