Move Registration Forms to In-App Popups #443

  1. Disable the /signup route
  2. Copy the forms from the Signup page and implement as follows:
    1. After a Guest has been on 3Scape for 10 minutes pop up a window that asks for Name and Email a. Create a new 3Scaper in the table of creators and send a welcome letter
    2. After 24 hours passes introduce a pop-pop that offers 30 more days for free and asks for Credit Card a. If the 3Scaper enters Credit Card they keep 3Scaping. b. If the 3Scaper does not enter the Credit Card they are redirected to a "sorry to see you go" sales page.
