Kmesh waypoint guide doesnot work on istio 1.22 #409

https://kmesh.net/en/docs/userguide/try_waypoint/ does not fit for istio 1.22

When test upon istio 1.22, this guide doesnot apply. It has something to do with istio waypoint capture change.
